Repeat Founder / Birmingham, AL

Commercializing
physical AI &
humanoid robotics.

I’m Tranum Fitzpatrick — a repeat founder and commercial operator. I’ve built customer-facing deployment operations from scratch, scaled a B2B marketplace from zero to $2.6M ARR, and I’m now focused on the go-to-market layer of humanoid robotics and physical AI.

I’m drawn to hard, physical problems with long sales cycles. The places where commercial success depends on someone who can parachute into a customer site, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in resource-constrained environments, and translate field learnings back into product.

Most of my operating reps come from Repsy, where I built the largest online booking platform for private live entertainment in the U.S. — thousands of on-site deployments across talent, vendors, venues, and clients, each one a time-sensitive, customer-facing operation with me as the single point of accountability.

Since then I’ve gone deep on the humanoid robotics space: the actuator and precision-reducer supply chain, the Western vs. Chinese manufacturing landscape, and the competitive dynamics across Apptronik, Figure, Agility, Tesla Optimus, and Boston Dynamics. I’m also building a robotic hand in my spare time with a 3D printer and industry-standard Nvidia hardware — technical enough to bridge the gap between customer needs and hardware constraints.

U.S. citizen. Willing to relocate and travel up to 50%.

Three companies, one through-line: standing up commercial operations from a blank page.

2024 — Present Remote
Founder & CEO, Autonomy Lab AI
RevOps & deployment automation for professional service firms

End-to-end commercial operations for client engagements — intake, scoping, on-site rollout, and post-deployment support — with a focus on LLM-driven workflows integrated into legacy back-office systems.

  • Strategic advisory: Currently facilitating a $300M+ Defense Sector transaction as intermediary between principal parties.
  • Customer-facing deployments: Stood up commercial ops, marketing, and rev-ops in the legal space.
  • Cross-functional execution: Coordinated technical implementation teams with client stakeholders, capturing field feedback and translating it into product improvements.

Founder & CEO, Repsy
Largest online booking platform for private live entertainment in the US

Built and scaled a B2B marketplace connecting thousands of events per year — a deployment-heavy business where every booking was a real operation in the real world, and every failure was visible.

  • 0 → $2.6M ARR: Scaled to 1,000+ customers through direct sales, automated lead generation, and a multi-channel marketing engine.
  • On-site deployment leadership: Founded and led the Event Production team running thousands of customer-facing deployments in resource-constrained environments.
  • Customer Success from scratch: Built the CS function that maintained near-100% client retention. Owned executive customer relationships and the feedback loop into product.
  • Playbook design: Codified repeatable deployment, communication, and escalation processes that became the operational backbone of the company — and were adopted across the broader industry.
  • Team building: Recruited and managed sales, CS, marketing, and event production teams; established performance standards and operating cadence from a standing start.
2023 — 2024 New York, NY
Co-Founder, Friend Plan
Churn-reduction platform for the global subscription economy

Led enterprise customer discovery with C-Suite stakeholders at Paramount, Peacock, and HUEL to validate product-market fit and identify churn drivers across streaming and D2C.

What I’m going deep on right now.

F / 01
Humanoid deployment operations
The operational layer between humanoid OEMs and their first real customers. Pilot-to-scale playbooks, field ops, and the customer success function for robotics that actually show up at a job site.
F / 02
Actuator & reducer supply chain
Independent research on the Western precision-reducer and actuator landscape — the real bottleneck for humanoid scale, and the wedge most exposed to geopolitical pressure.
F / 03
Building a humanoid hand
A personal build in my spare time using industry-standard practices and Nvidia hardware. The point is to be technically fluent enough to speak both languages — customer and engineer.
F / 04
Commercial strategy, applied
Go-to-market for deep-tech companies with long cycles and hard customers. Market entry, positioning, and deployment motion — the stuff that determines whether the tech ever gets to scale.

Let’s build something.

I’m most useful to humanoid and physical-AI companies moving from pilot deployments to repeatable commercial operations. If that’s you — or if you’re a founder working on the supply-chain layer — I’d like to talk. I’m also happy to do a working session on a real deployment scenario rather than a standard interview if that’s more useful.
